Due to a large number of guests not honouring their reservations, we have been forced to implement a new reservation & cancellation policy effective 01 May 2018.  The terms of this policy are non-negotiable.

 

PAYMENT: We require full, upfront payment upon confirmation of your reservation.

 

In the event of any cancellation within the periods provided hereunder, Op My Stoep may charge the following penalties:

 

 

 

•  30 days and more prior to arrival date, no cancellation fees are payable – provided that any non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit will be forfeited;

 

•  29 – 15 days before arrival – 30% of the reservation value will be forfeited;

 

•  14 – 4 days before arrival – 75% of the reservation value will be forfeited;

 

•  3  – 0 days before arrival – 100% of the booking value will be forfeited;

 

•  No shows – 100% of the booking value will be forfeited.
